Upcoming Bronze Sculptures
I'm delighted to say that I have been commissioned to make a bronze statue of Dorchester's favourite feline, Susie!
Having met her, (and it took 3 trips to find her.... so many comfy beds, windows, office chairs, hospitals, shops, gyms, hairdressers, cafes, to try out for snoozing and having cuddles in... she's a busy kitty!), I can honestly say she is the most chilled out cat I have ever met! She knows everyone loves her and all of Dorchester is hers to wander into. Quite the most extraordinary cat and very beautiful too. I'm very much looking forward to this.
Once she has been sculpted, and is at the foundry for casting, I aim to make small bronze portrait busts of Susie for her many admirers. These will be used to raise money for the Dorset Hospital A&E and ICU departments, where Susie's owner works.
If you might be interested in one of these limited edition busts do contact me . I shall put up more details nearer the time. I hope to have these ready soon after the unveiling of the full Susie sculpture in late 2026.

Expressions of interest for either being taken now!
The Pine Marten is having a hiatus for a few months while I work on a commission of a public statue of Susie the Cat for Dorchester, but I hope to resume the completion of this piece in a few months time.
The ball park price is around £11,000. Do contact me if you are interested as the 1st of the edition is available.
