We are open Tuesday to Saturday 11am to 6pm including Bank Holidays:

Unit 7, Coombe Park Craft Studios, Near Ashprington, Totnes, Devon, TQ9 7DY.

Just follow the brown tourism signs. Ample parking and level access. Please phone first if making a special journey. I can take payments via Sumup at my studio or via PayPal online.

Myself and potter Lea Phillips share the studio at Unit 7 Coombe Park, and we share the Gallery area on the ground floor.

The display area is wheelchair accessible and I have basic BSL stage one sign language skills, tho I am a tad rusty! We have a lot of breakable pots so dogs are best left in your car for fear of waggy tails, but there is ample room to let them stretch their legs on the grass behind the studio, and we are happy to put a bowl of water out for them too.

The entrance to Coombe Park, just follow our brown tourist signs.

To find us: From Totnes take the A381 towards Kingsbridge and Dartmouth going up hill. Shortly after leaving Totnes and near the top of the hill, take the left turn signposted with a brown tourism sign to Sharpham Vineyard, the Waterman's Arms, and Coombe Park Craft Studios. Follow this road for just over a mile and you will find Coombe Park Craft Studios, in a dip in the road, on the left.

I am available teach students, in their own studios, pottery or sculpture in a variety of media such as clay, polymer clay and plastoline, including for casting into other media. In depth advice can also be given on clays suitable for sculpture to be fired in a kiln and one to one throwing tuition, as well as help with ceramic problem solving. Classes are generally 2 hours long, £25 per hour, with hours to suit each student, and I am happy to help with each students individual projects, including mould making.

My classes are suitable for students of any skill level who has a passion for wildlife, sculpture or pottery.

I only teach one to one throwing in students own studios and if they are local to the Totnes area.

Individual classes are £25 per hour.
